On January 17, the next training on the topic of “Liquidation of a Legal Entity” was successfully held, organized by the Academy of the Bar Association.

The training covered the legal bases, stages, practical application of the liquidation process of a legal entity, as well as the risks and legal liability issues encountered in this area. The participants were presented with current legislative requirements and real practical examples related to the topic.

The training was conducted in an interactive format, the participants' questions were answered, and special attention was paid to increasing practical knowledge on the topic.

The trainers of the training were Nuridə Ibrahimova, Director of CSS LLC and attorney-at-law, and Səma Ahmadova, Chief Legal Counsel of CSS LLC and attorney-at-law.
