For four years, our company served as a reliable partner in the South Caucasus Pipeline (SCP) project, providing manpower supply, recruitment process management, and training services.
Due to the project's scale and its national significance, it required a high level of responsibility and professionalism — a challenge that the CSS team successfully overcame
About the South Caucasus Pipeline:
The SCP is a major energy project designed to transport natural gas extracted from the Shah Deniz gas field, located in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea, to international markets via Georgia and Turkey. The pipeline begins at the Sangachal terminal near Baku, runs through Georgia, and connects to Turkey’s internal gas distribution system. It follows a similar route to the Baku–Tbilisi–Ceyhan (BTC) oil pipeline
What was CSS's role in the project?
As part of this large-scale initiative, CSS was responsible for ensuring the availability of qualified human resources, organizing timely and effective recruitment, and providing professional training for employees. Thanks to our services, staff involved in the project operated efficiently and in full compliance with project requirements
As CSS Consulting LLC, we proudly consider our participation in such a strategically important and large-scale national project as one of the key milestones in our company's history.
The quality of services we provided over four years and the successful completion of the project once again demonstrated the professionalism and reliability of our team.
